Q2 How do you cooperate with business partners?

If we consider that it would push up the quality of our service, or if there are any requests from clients, we introduce our business partners to the clients.
We have been successful in providing quality proposals and work to our clients by cooperating with lawyers and other foreign accounting firms.

About International Services

Q1 Would it be necessary to ask for a support from major accounting/tax firms on international issues?

The quality of international services depends on whether the advisers have the latest information (i.e. information about the latest/upcoming tax reforms) of that country.
In this aspect, we agree that the major accounting/tax firms such as BIG 4 (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and EY) are the most reliable advisers; however, at the same time, you would need to pay expensive fees.
In order to minimize your costs and risks, we suggest you to hire several advisers to manage international issues depending on their complexity and materiality.
We have business partners around the world including our New York office (Univis America LLC), and we are able to provide you with the updated information.

Q2 We are very interested in Japanese market but we cannot speak Japanese. Could you support us as an interpreter?

Yes, we can! We have bilingual (English/Japanese) members in our firm and are able to participate in the meetings and tele-cons to support you.
